## Plans

### Essential
- What it does: your listings move back up and buyers who favourited them get a follow-up.
- Price: €17/month (monthly) | €15/month (billed quarterly)
- Included: unlimited listing templates (with dynamic variables), bulk shipping labels (bordereaux, 1-click PDF), reposting (50 modifications/month), scheduling (unlimited tasks), favourite messages, automatic backups, mass delete
- Centralized messaging: not included (requires the Professional or Enterprise plan)
- AI features: none (AI negotiation and AI FAQ responder require the Enterprise plan)
- Vinted accounts: 1

### Professional
- What it does: after each sale, Bleam takes care of the rest.
- Price: €32/month (monthly) | €27/month (billed quarterly)
- Includes everything in Essential, plus:
  - Mass editing
  - Automatic reposting on sale (Auto Stock) and 500 repost modifications/month
  - Auto-order shipping labels after a sale, plus auto thank-you and completion messages
  - Centralized messaging: all Vinted conversations from every connected account in one inbox — reply, send offers and photos directly from Bleam, with "Seen" read receipts
  - Advanced favourite-message personalization (conditional rules, {username})
- AI features: none (AI negotiation and AI FAQ responder require the Enterprise plan)
- Vinted accounts: up to 3

### Enterprise
- What it does: an assistant negotiates and replies to your buyers.
- Price: €60/month (monthly) | €51/month (billed quarterly)
- Includes everything in Professional, plus:
  - AI negotiation assistant and AI FAQ responder (run while your browser is open, or 24/7 with the Bleam Cloud add-on)
  - CRM dashboard (revenue, profit and ROI in full)
  - French e-invoicing: Bleam links your business (SIREN) to a state-certified platform (Plateforme Agréée) and lists it in the official e-invoicing directory, at no extra cost, from the first payment (not during the free trial). Receiving electronic invoices this way is mandatory for businesses established in France since 2026-09-01; private sellers are not concerned. Issuing electronic invoices and e-reporting are not offered yet.

### Bleam Nexus (premium AI)
- Price: €25/month (or €75/quarter)
- Adds: advanced AI model, worn-photo AI generation (30/month included, then €0.25/photo), bundle negotiation, 24h auto follow-ups, and custom keyword situations (10 standard + 3 bundle-specific)
- Requires: Enterprise plan. 10-day free trial.

### Bleam Cloud
- Price: €20/month (or €60/quarter), paid add-on on top of any plan (never included in a plan)
- Adds: server-side execution of the AI assistant, favourite messages, reposting and auto-labels 24/7 — even with your browser closed. Dedicated French IP for multi-account isolation.

### Extra Vinted accounts
- Price: €2.40/account/month, up to 25 additional accounts beyond your plan limit

## Notes
- Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) are available anytime, prorated, via Stripe.
- Cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period; no cancellation fee.
- Pause instead of cancelling: the cancellation flow offers a pause of 1 to 3 months (no billing during the pause, access until the end of the paid period, data and settings kept, resume anytime).
- AI negotiation supports 10 languages (FR, EN, DE, ES, IT, PT, NL, PL, SV, DA); the dashboard UI is in FR/EN.
