Generally if the intelligent agent or favourite messages seem not to work, here are the steps to follow to quickly resolve the issue.
To solve the problem, you first need to understand how automations launch on Bleam. When you open your browser with the Bleam extension, the extension will detect the first Vinted tab that was opened and use it as a support for its automations.
First tip: Dedicate a tab to automations
When you want to launch automations, open your browser and 'dedicate' the first page you open to automations. If you want to do other actions on Vinted, I recommend opening a new tab so as not to interfere with the agent.
If you've done that and still no messages are being sent, the first thing to check is whether Vinted has set up a captcha on your session (they sometimes do this randomly, although it's quite rare).
How to check?
Perform an action on Vinted such as sending a message to a customer, creating a draft or creating a listing. Personally I just send a casual message to a customer. If you see a 'Please wait' page or a page with a puzzle to solve, complete it and everything should be back in order.
If no captcha appears, try simply refreshing the Vinted page and unchecking then rechecking the activation of favourite messages and/or the assistant.
Wait 5 minutes
After reactivating the features, wait about 5 minutes to give time for the automations to restart.
If after 10 minutes it still doesn't work, you can try completely closing your browser and restarting it.
Complete shutdown
Make sure to close all browser windows, then restart it and open Vinted as the first tab.

Avoid constantly logging out and back in, this can trigger captchas.
