Terms of Service

By using Bleam, you accept these terms of service in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our service.

These terms apply to all Bleam users, whether in a free trial period or paid subscribers.

Bleam is automation software designed for sellers on second-hand marketplaces. Our service notably offers:

• Automated listing publication
• Automated message and negotiation management
• Sales accounting and analytics tracking
• Centralized multi-account management
• Inventory and stock management tools

Bleam acts as a technical intermediary between you and the sales platforms. We are not responsible for transactions made on these platforms.

Respecting Platforms

You agree to respect the terms of service of all sales platforms on which you use Bleam. You are solely responsible for your actions on these platforms.

Prohibited Use

It is forbidden to use Bleam to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam or harass other users
• Bypass platform security systems
• Share your access with unauthorized third parties

Monitoring and Sanctions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Data Security

You agree not to share your login credentials and to immediately report any suspicious use of your account.

Platform Connection

By connecting your sales platform accounts to Bleam, you authorize us to act on your behalf according to the features you activate. You can revoke these authorizations at any time.

Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial period for all our plans (15 days for Essential or 10 days for Professional/Enterprise with valid promo code). No payment is made during this period.

At the end of your trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the rate displayed when you subscribed. Your payment method will be charged without additional action on your part.

You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period at no cost. Cancellation must be made before the end of the trial period to avoid any charges.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews every month (or every 3 months if you chose quarterly billing) until you cancel.

Your subscription amount will be automatically charged to your registered payment method at each renewal date.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the subscription date.

If you were not clearly informed of the automatic conversion to a paid subscription after the trial period, this withdrawal period is extended by 12 months.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately but access to the service remains active until the end of the already paid period. No pro-rata refund will be made.

Rates and Payments

Our subscription rates are indicated in euros including tax on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify our rates at any time. Rate changes will apply at the next renewal and will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds

Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis, according to our refund policy. Contact our support at app.bleam@gmail.com for any request.

Availability Commitment

We strive to maintain Bleam available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee absolute availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain Bleam features at any time, with or without notice.

External Dependencies

Some Bleam features depend on access to sales platform APIs. We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by these third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

Bleam is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our service.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your sales activities, product compliance, and compliance with tax and legal obligations related to your activity.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bleam against any claims resulting from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Bleam Rights

Bleam, its logo, features, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without authorization.

Your Content

You retain all your rights to the content you create or publish via Bleam. However, you grant us a license to use it as necessary for the service to function.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Important changes will be notified to you by email or via the application at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of Bleam after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms of service are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

In case of dispute, we favor amicable resolution. Do not hesitate to contact us to find a satisfactory solution for all parties.
