How it works
How does the AI negotiate?
Set your max drop
For each price tier, you say how much you accept to drop. €50 item, €10 max drop: you never go below €40.
Pick the tone
Four personalities (young, professional, caring or adaptive), tu or vous, and 10 languages for buyers abroad. You write several versions of each message, and the AI picks one each time.
Turn the assistant on
One toggle in the Bleam bubble on Vinted, or in Bleam. You then follow the conversations handled and the sales closed.
The AI replies and negotiates
It accepts offers from your minimum up, counter-offers in several steps below it, and answers buyers' questions (shipping, measurements, condition, authenticity) in under 5 minutes.

How does a negotiation go?
A jacket listed at €50, with a €10 max drop: your minimum price is €40. A buyer offers €32.
The counter-offers, step by step
- First counter-offer: €45, half of the max drop
- Second counter-offer: €42
- Final offer: €40, your minimum price
If the buyer offers €40 or more, the AI accepts right away. If they refuse all the way, it politely ends the conversation, without going any lower. You can set the steps however you like.
In Bleam's study (198,697 sales and 118,698 negotiations, August to October 2026), 3 out of 4 sales happen after an offer. Buyers usually ask for 28% off, and the sale closes around 13% below the listed price.

What does the AI do when it doesn't know?
It doesn't make things up. The question lands in your pending questions, most frequent first. You answer once, for example "I hold an item for 48 hours max" or "I don't take extra photos", and the assistant uses it in the following conversations, only when it's useful.
Each Vinted account has its own Memory, up to 100 facts. A fact can apply only to a brand, a category, a size, a condition or a price range.

Which Vinted extension negotiates automatically with AI?

Can the AI sell below my minimum price?
No, never. Your minimum price is the item price minus the max drop you set. Any offer below it gets a counter-offer, and after your final offer the AI politely ends the conversation.
Does the assistant run at night?
Yes. With the extension, Bleam runs as long as your computer is on, with Chrome and a Vinted tab open. With Bleam Cloud, your accounts run 24/7, even with the computer off.
What does the AI do if it can't answer?
It doesn't make anything up. The question lands in your pending questions: you answer it once, and the assistant's Memory reuses your answer in the following conversations. The assistant can also notify you on Discord.
