Which plans include the negotiation assistant?

The AI assistant (negotiation and auto replies) is included in the Enterprise plan. Bundle negotiation additionally requires the Bleam Nexus add-on.

Can the AI go below my minimum price?

No, never. Any offer below it is politely refused.

What if the buyer keeps insisting after my final offer?

The AI politely refuses and ends the conversation. It won't go any lower.

Does the AI handle bundle negotiations?

The standard assistant handles one item at a time. For bundles, you need the Bleam Nexus add-on (€25/month) which adds smart bundle negotiation.

Do my negotiations run if I close my computer?

No: Bleam runs in your browser, so keep a Vinted tab open and the computer on. On a phone, enable Active Standby in the bubble.

I turned off negotiation but the bot still sends an offer or drops the price. Why?

Most of the time it's not negotiation: it's the offer attached to your favourite messages. These are two separate systems. - The favourites offer goes out when a buyer favourites your item: an optional one-click discount attached to the message. - The counter-offer comes from negotiation: it only fires when a buyer offers you a price below your minimum. Turning off negotiation doesn't disable the favourites offer. To remove it, open the favourite messages config and turn off the offer on the single message, the bundle message and every conditional variant.

Why does the bot accept right away instead of making a counter-offer?

Because the margin is the minimum price you accept (your price minus the margin). If the buyer's offer is greater than or equal to that minimum, the AI accepts immediately: that's the intended behaviour. It only counter-offers below your minimum. To make it negotiate more often, lower your margins: a smaller margin raises your minimum price.

How do I keep a fixed offer on my favourites, or trigger it by time of day?

It's all set on the favourite messages side, not negotiation. - Fixed offer: leave the offer enabled on the single message, it applies to every new favourite. - Conditional offer: on the Professional and Enterprise plans, trigger the offer by time of day, day or item price (for example -10% only from 6pm to 11pm). How do I completely stop automatic offers and discounts?

There are two toggles, in two places. 1. Negotiation counter-offers: turn off auto negotiation (in the extension or the dashboard). 2. Favourites offer: in the favourite messages config, turn off the offer on the single message, the bundle message and every conditional variant. Once both are off, no offer or discount is sent automatically.

When a buyer makes you an offer on Vinted, the Bleam AI replies for you. If the offer suits you, it accepts. Otherwise, it sends a counter-offer. You decide in advance how low to go, and Bleam handles the negotiation 24/7. The negotiation assistant is included in the Enterprise plan.

The principle: your margin

The margin is the maximum price drop you accept on an item.

Example: €50 item, €10 margin → you accept going down to €40, no lower.

- Offer ≥ €40 → AI accepts
- Offer < €40 → AI refuses and sends a counter-offer

Set your margins per price range

In your dashboard, you set a different margin depending on the item price. For example, you can accept a bigger discount on a €100 item than on a €5 one.

You enter the max margin for each range, and Bleam automatically applies the right one to each negotiation.

Pick how the AI counter-offers

When a buyer offers below your margin, the AI makes successive counter-offers instead of jumping straight to your minimum. It leaves room to negotiate.

Default example, on a €10 margin:

1. 1st counter-offer: -€5 (half the margin)
2. 2nd counter-offer: -€8
3. Final offer: -€10 (your minimum)

You can adjust these steps or add more. If the buyer refuses all the way, the AI politely ends the chat.

Write your messages

For each negotiation moment (acceptance, counter-offer, decline, final offer), you write several message variants. The AI picks one at random each time, so your buyers never see the same text twice.

You can also choose the bot's personality (young, professional, caring, or adaptive) and its tone (tu or vous). For international buyers, 10 languages are supported.

Turn it on and let it run

Once everything is set, go to Vinted, click the Bleam bubble and enable auto negotiation (the toggle is also in the dashboard).

From there, the AI handles all incoming offers per your rules. You track everything from the dashboard: how many negotiations, how many sales closed, how often the AI handed off to you.

For it to run, keep a Vinted tab open in your browser (computer on). On a phone, enable Active Standby in the bubble.
