Automatic favourite messages

5 steps

When a buyer favourites one of your items, they're interested. Bleam automatically sends them a short message within minutes to nudge them to buy. You write the message once, Bleam handles the rest.

1

What the buyer sees

Someone favourites your item → Bleam sends them your message within minutes, as if you had written it yourself. It's often the little nudge that turns a favourite into a sale.

2

Write your message

Go to your Bleam dashboard → pick your Vinted account → Favourites tab.

Write the message sent for every new favourite. You can:

- Insert the buyer's first name with {username} (Professional and Enterprise plans)
- Add a discount (in € or %) acceptable in one click
- Or keep it simple, with no offer

3

A different message for bundles

If a buyer favourites several items, they might want a bundle. You can write a dedicated message for this case (e.g. "I can do a discount if you take a few").

The bundle-message field sits right next to the single one, in the same Favourites tab. Bleam picks the right one automatically.

4

Adapt the message to context (Pro/Enterprise)

On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can send a different message depending on:

- Time of day ("Good morning" / "Good evening")
- Day of week (one message on weekends, another on weekdays)
- Item price (premium message for expensive items, simple for low prices)

On the Enterprise plan, you can also write multiple versions of the same message that rotate randomly. The dashboard shows which one converts best.

5

Turn it on and let it run

Once your message is written, go to Vinted and click the Bleam bubble to enable favourite messages (the toggle is also in the dashboard).

From there, Bleam checks your new favourites every 3 minutes or so and sends the message on its own.

For it to run, keep a Vinted tab open in your browser (computer on). On a phone, enable Active Standby in the bubble.
