Move your accounts to our new Bleam Cloud servers

Is your account invited? A window opens when you arrive on the dashboard.

Its title: "Your accounts are moving to our new servers".

Click Get started to start the move.

Not now? Click Later. Nothing changes.

The window comes back each time you visit the Bleam Cloud page. That page's New servers button also reopens it.

No time limit runs before you click Get started.

A confirmation opens. The move starts as soon as you confirm.

You then have 14 days to move your accounts. The confirmation gives the deadline.

That date is an end, not a start. Until then, your accounts run as they do today.

Click Move my first account. The countdown starts.

The Accounts page opens, with the login window.

Not ready yet? Click Cancel. You go back to the window, nothing starts.

On the Accounts page, each account left to move shows "To move".

1. Click Move an account, in the banner at the top of the page.

2. Enter the Vinted email or username of the account of your choice.

3. Enter its Vinted password, then click Log in.

Vinted account opened with Google or Apple? It needs a Vinted password (see the question at the bottom of the page).

4. Vinted sends a code by SMS. Enter it, then click Verify.

Bleam recognizes the account. It now runs on our new servers. Allow about 2 minutes.

Repeat for each account.

You can also add an account directly from the Accounts page.

This path opens as soon as you click Get started. It also works after the deadline.

1. On the Accounts page, click the Add an account card.

2. Choose On Bleam Cloud V2, then click Log in to Vinted.

3. Enter the account's Vinted username and password. Click Log in.

4. Enter the code received by SMS, then click Verify.

5. Bleam shows the account it found. Is it the right one? Click Host this account.

The message "Account linked and hosted on Bleam Cloud V2." confirms it.

Is your account already linked to Bleam? It is recognized by itself, and moves to our new servers.

A banner at the top of the dashboard counts the days left.

It also shows your moved accounts, for example "1 of 3 accounts moved".

Its Move an account button opens the login window.

In the last 3 days, the banner turns into a warning.

Still have accounts to move? You get a reminder email.

This email goes out 7 days, 3 days, then 1 day before the date.

Everything moved? The banner tells you. There is nothing left to do.

On the set date, your current server shuts down by itself.

Your moved accounts keep running. They keep the same exit address.

Our new servers then go back to the name Bleam Cloud.

An account you didn't move no longer runs on a server. It still works with the extension, while your computer is on.

You can move it later. Follow the step "Without the window: add an account".
