The Wardrobe: all your Vinted listings and bulk actions

6 steps

The Wardrobe mirrors your Vinted wardrobe inside Bleam, across every account. You find each listing with its state and its numbers, and above all: you select several items at once to repost them, change their prices, back them up, transfer them to another account or delete them. The Archives tab keeps your backups of listings no longer on sale.

1

Your listings, across every account

Open Wardrobe in your dashboard menu. Your listings sync there automatically as long as a Vinted tab is open with the Bleam extension; the "Synchronise" button forces an immediate update (it warns you if no extension is reachable), and the last sync date is shown.

Filter by state: All listings, Online, Reserved, Drafts, Hidden. The Filters panel adds sorting (Newest first, Most viewed, Most liked, Price ascending / descending, Wardrobe order) and the Backup filter (backed up or not). If you have several Vinted accounts, an Accounts filter lets you show a single account or All accounts. The search covers titles.

2

Reading a listing card: states and badges

Each card carries its views, its favourites and, where relevant, a Hidden from catalogue, Draft or Reserved banner. Badges flag:

- Boosted — the listing is promoted on Vinted's side;
- Backed up / Not backed up — Bleam has a full copy of the listing (original photos included) or not;
- Auto-restock — the item will be reposted automatically when it sells.

If you use SKU tags, the card also warns you when a tag read in the title matches no purchase (see The SKU: automatic linking).

Clicking a card opens the listing detail: photos, brand, size, category, condition, description, and the per-item Auto-restock setting (which requires the item to be backed up).

Select, then act in bulk

Click "Select", tick your items — or in one go "Select all", or even select every listing in the current filter. An action bar appears:

- Repost — now, or "Schedule…";
- Change priceReduction, Increase or Fixed price, with an adjustable delay between items (the price is rounded to the tier and never goes below €1);
- Back up — saves the full listing at Bleam; already backed-up items are simply refreshed, without consuming quota;
- Transfer — repost the selection to another of your accounts, from the backups;
- Delete from Vinted — final on Vinted's side.

All these actions are executed by your extension, item by item, with natural spacing: they go into a queue and run as long as a browser with the extension is open (or via Bleam Cloud). You follow their progress in the Operations journal.

Repost options

Before starting a repost, Bleam offers the modifications to apply — this is what stops Vinted recognising two identical listings:

- Photos: frame (blur, black, white, grey or custom colour), crop, micro-variations (brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, grain), rotation — or the AI modification (beta), which replaces the manual ones;
- Text: AI rewording of the title and/or description, in four intensities;
- Price: reduction or fixed price;
- Leave as draft: the listing is prepared but not published;
- Use the backed-up photos rather than the current listing's;
- Delay between items (10 to 300 seconds) and "Retry later on transient errors".

A before / after preview shows what the photo changes look like. Bleam also shows how many items you already reposted on this account in the last 24 h: beyond around 30 items per day per account, the risk of a temporary restriction rises — spread them over several days (see How many listings should I repost per day?).

5

Schedule up to 30 days ahead

On Repost, Change price, Back up or Delete, choose "Schedule…" instead of immediate execution. Shortcuts exist (In 10 minutes, In 30 minutes, In 1 hour, Today at 5 pm, Tomorrow at 9 am, Tomorrow at 5 pm) as well as a custom date and time.

The due date cannot exceed 30 days. At the chosen time the extension executes — browser open, or an active Bleam Cloud session. Every item involved then shows a pill on its card (action type + date), with a cross to cancel the task: careful, cancelling applies to all the items in the batch.

6

The Archives tab: your backup stock

Archives gathers the backups whose listing is no longer on sale: sold (Sold badge), deleted, or whose account is no longer reachable (Out of wardrobe badge). Backups of listings still online are not there — they stay as badges on the grid.

From an archive selection, you can:

- Repost — put the item back on sale on its original account, from its backup (original photos included);
- Publish to another account — the same move towards another of your Vinted accounts;
- Delete the backup — final on Bleam's side; your Vinted listings are untouched.

Both publishing moves go through the same options window as a classic repost: apply real photo and text modifications before sending.

An Auto-backup switch and the account's backup quota appear in the same bar. Finally, by selecting a specific account (the export doesn't appear on "All accounts"), two CSV and Excel links export the list of your backups.
