Lifecycle: give an item that doesn't sell a push, on its own
An item that doesn't sell ends up forgotten in your wardrobe. Lifecycle takes care of it: following a Strategy you choose, it lowers the price in Steps, relists the listing with your Variations, and can raise the price when the item draws favourites. Every action goes through the Journal. It has been in beta since 15 October 2026, for Entreprise accounts in the Beta Program.
Getting access: Entreprise plan and Beta Program
Lifecycle sits in your dashboard menu, in the Automation group, right after After-sale. It requires the Entreprise plan and, during the beta, the Beta Program: turn it on in your Settings (you can turn it off whenever you want). The page carries a "Beta" tag.
At the top of the page, the "Turn on Lifecycle" switch applies to the Vinted account shown: when off, everything is paused on that account, items keep their Strategy and resume when you turn it back on. If your plan no longer includes Lifecycle, your Strategies are paused and nothing is lost.
Create a Strategy from a template
Strategies are shared by all your accounts. Click "New Strategy" and pick a starting point: Anti-stagnation, Clearance, Smart or Blank. Anti-stagnation, for instance: after 7 days without a sale, lower the price by 10%; relist 3 days later; start again every 7 days down to the floor price.
The plan reads as sentences and every number can be edited in place: the delay (1 to 60 days) and the drop, as a percentage of the original price (1 to 50%) or a fixed amount. A Step is either "Lower the price after a delay" or "Relist after a delay" (with your Variations, to avoid duplicates). The "Raise the price if the item draws interest" rule adds: from N new favourites, +10%.
At the end of the plan, three choices: stop, start again down to the floor price, then stop, or start again down to the floor price, then relist regularly. The preview shows the outcome for an item at an example price (for €40 with the Anti-stagnation template: €12 after 52 days without a sale, 7 price drops and 7 relistings).
The Smart template lets Bleam decide, for each item, when to lower the price, raise it or relist, based on what sells in the same type of item and price range. Each decision is logged with its reason in the Journal.
Set the price: floor and increase
Everything is based on the listing's original price, rounded to the euro. The floor price is a percentage of the original price, from 30 to 90%: the price never goes below it (for a €40 item with a 30% floor, never under €12). Increases come in 10% steps and never exceed +30%. With the Smart model, a listing under €10 is relisted without lowering its price.
The Relisting Variations card is used by the Steps that relist: without a variation, Vinted would see the same listing twice. You can copy the Variations of another Strategy, or those of an account's Auto stock.
Assign a Strategy to listings
In the Wardrobe, select listings, then "Assign a Strategy". Only online listings are included (not hidden, reserved or draft ones); a listing with no backup is backed up first. On the card, a pill with an hourglass shows the Strategy name and the next action ("action ~ 3d"); the Strategy filter finds those listings; the listing detail carries a Lifecycle block (current Step, next action, "Remove from Lifecycle" button).
From the Lifecycle page, the Listings card is faster: all online listings of an account in one go, and "Each new listing" so that the next ones follow a Strategy on their own. On the Publish page, the Strategy field does the same, listing by listing. A listing you removed from Lifecycle doesn't come back on its own.
Careful: Change price from the Wardrobe removes the listing from Lifecycle. A repost with a new price, however, sets that price and the Strategy carries on.
Pace, days and hours
The Pace card sets, per account, how many relistings and how many price changes Lifecycle may do per day: a maximum, and a minimum if you want one. By default, the relisting maximum is your usual pace, computed by Bleam; above it, your account posts more than it normally does and Vinted may notice. Each day, Bleam picks a number between the minimum and the maximum, and never does more than what is ready. Your own batches don't count here.
The Days and hours card limits the days of the week and the time range (Paris time): an action that is ready outside these hours waits for the next slot. By default, Lifecycle acts every day, all day long.
Follow the actions in the Journal
Every Lifecycle action goes through the Operations journal. In Upcoming, the row announces the day ("not before 16 Oct"): on that day, the action leaves the next time your extension (or Bleam Cloud) goes through your wardrobe, never between 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. When more listings are due than your account handles in a day, they are filed under "In the coming days" and leave in waves.
In Past, each row says what was done and why: "Lifecycle · Anti-stagnation, step 1: 7 days without a sale", "−10% (€40 → €36)", "price changed by hand", "item sold", "floor reached". An action that couldn't leave (a precautionary pause, for instance) is tried again by Bleam: its row turns to "Redone" once it has succeeded. After 3 failures in a row, the item is paused; you resume it from its detail in the Wardrobe. A precautionary pause on the account also pauses Lifecycle until the time shown.
In your email preferences, "Lifecycle" sends a morning summary when Lifecycle has acted.
Edit, duplicate or delete a Strategy
From the Strategies list: Edit changes the plan, and the items following the Strategy move on to the new plan at their next action; Duplicate makes a copy; Delete asks what to do with the items that follow it: take them out of Lifecycle (their price no longer moves on its own) or move them to another Strategy. In that case, each item resumes as close as possible to its pending Step, with the new Strategy's floor price, and the Journal keeps track.
