Create reusable listing templates on Vinted

The easiest way is to start from an already written listing.

1. On Vinted, create a normal listing as usual (title, description, category, brand, size, condition, price).
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page: the Bleam toolbar appears with two buttons: "Manage templates" (left) and "Save template" (right).
3. Click "Save template".

Your current listing will serve as a model for future ones.

A window opens. You'll choose:

- Which data to save: title, description, price, etc. Tick what you need (everything is ticked by default).
- The template name: give it a clear name (e.g. "Zara M sweater", "Adidas shoes"). That's the name you'll see later to find it again.

Then click Save. Done, your first template is created.

Now that your template exists, here's how to use it for a new listing:

1. On Vinted, start a new listing and upload your photos first.
2. Once the photos are in place, click the "Title" field and type at least 2 characters matching your template's name.
3. A dropdown appears with matching templates. Pick the one that fits.
4. The title, description, brand, condition and price fill in instantly. You just need to adjust what's different (the size for example).

Dynamic variables make the template more flexible. Instead of writing a fixed title like "Red sweater size M Zara", you can write a dynamic title like:

Sweater {couleur} size {taille} {marque}

When you apply this template to a new listing, Bleam automatically replaces each variable with the value you selected in Vinted. If you pick "blue / L / H&M" on the new listing, the title automatically becomes "Sweater blue size L H&M".

The 7 available variables:
- {couleur}: the selected color
- {taille}: the selected size
- {marque}: the selected brand
- {categorie}: the item category
- {composition}: the material (cotton, wool, polyester...)
- {prix}: the entered price
- {etat}: the Vinted condition (New with tags, Very good, etc.)

You can use these variables both in the title and in the description. Dynamic description example: {categorie} in {composition}, color {couleur}, size {taille}, condition {etat}.
