My after-sale message isn't sending, what should I check?

A few things to check: 1. The right automation is enabled in the After-sale tab, and for the correct Vinted account. 2. The sale must be at the right stage: the message after completion is only due once the sale is actually completed. 3. Give it a little time: Bleam checks sales every few minutes, and some actions wait on purpose (24 h for the pickup reminder and the review nudge). 4. Bleam must be running: browser open on the dedicated Vinted tab and PC on. 5. Bleam sends nothing if you've already messaged the buyer after the sale, or if there's a dispute or return. Only sales from the last 15 days are processed.

Does the automatic review really go out unconditionally? What if the buyer was difficult?

Yes, by design: the 5★ review goes out at completion, without judging the conversation. The goal is reciprocity: the buyer gets the "someone left you a review" notification and is strongly nudged to rate you back. Only two exceptions: never during a dispute or return, and never if completion is more than 72 hours old. The review text is yours: you customize it in the settings.

Could the review nudge annoy a buyer who already rated me?

No. Before sending the nudge, Bleam checks whether the buyer has already left you a review: if so, no nudge goes out. It's sent only once, at the earliest 24 hours after completion, and never during a dispute.

Can the same buyer receive the same message twice?

No. Bleam remembers which sales it has already handled and re-reads the conversation before writing. Even if you reload Vinted, or if Bleam runs on several devices, each message goes out only once, and each sale receives only one automatic review.

Does the pickup reminder also go out for home deliveries?

No. Bleam relies on the order's delivery tracking, which tells a parcel made available at a pickup point apart from a home delivery. The reminder is only sent if the parcel has genuinely been waiting at a pickup point for 24 hours without being collected.

Do these automations go out during a dispute or a return?

No, none of them. Messages, reminder, nudge and automatic review are all blocked as soon as a dispute, a return or a refund is in progress on the transaction.

Open the After-sale tab and pick the Vinted account

From your Bleam dashboard, open the After-sale tab. If you manage several Vinted accounts, first select the relevant one: each account has its own settings.

Every automation on this page relies on the same sale-detection engine: Bleam checks your sales every few minutes and handles those from the last 15 days. It's the same engine that powers automatic shipping labels: as soon as a sale is detected, Bleam can order the shipping label on its own, even before the first message.

Turn on your automatic messages

Four messages are available, each with its own switch and its own text:

- Message after sale: as soon as the buyer has paid. *"Thank you for your purchase! I'm preparing your parcel and will ship it very soon :)"*
- Message after completion: when the buyer has confirmed receipt. *"Thanks for confirming the order! I hope you enjoy the item :)"*
- Pickup-point reminder: if the parcel has been waiting at a pickup point for 24 h without being collected. *"Your parcel is waiting at the pickup point, remember to collect it :)"*
- Review nudge: if the buyer hasn't rated you 24 h after completion (never if they already left a review). *"If you have 10 seconds, a quick review would mean a lot 🙏"*

Enable the ones you want. Each message goes out only once, and never during a dispute or a return.

Turn on the automatic 5★ review

Reviews sell: the more your profile has, the more buyers trust you. As soon as a sale is completed, Bleam leaves the buyer a 5-star review with your text (default: *"Perfect transaction, wonderful buyer. Thank you!"*). The buyer gets the Vinted notification "someone left you a review", which strongly encourages them to rate you back.

The review only goes out if completion is less than 72 hours old, once per sale, never during a dispute. Combined with the review nudge (see the messages above), it quickly grows your review count.
