How do I follow up on favorites?
Write your message
In Bleam, open Favorite messages and write the message sent for every new favorite. Add the buyer's first name if you like, and a separate message for buyers who favorite several items.
Attach an offer, or not
A discount in percent or in euros, which the buyer accepts in one click. You can also send a simple message, with no offer.
Turn messages on
One toggle in the Bleam bubble on Vinted, or in Bleam. If you prefer to wait, add a delay before sending, from a few minutes to 7 days.
Bleam follows up on every favorite
Bleam picks up your new favorites every 4 to 6 minutes or so and sends your message. Computer on with a Vinted tab open, or 24/7 with Bleam Cloud, even with the computer off.

What does the message look like?
A dress listed at €25. Camille favorites it. A few minutes later, she gets this message:
- The offer: 10% off €25, so €22.50. Bleam rounds the offered price and never goes below half of the item price.
- Only once: Camille won't get another message for this favorite.
- If you're already talking with her, even about another item, Bleam doesn't write to her.
- The first name: in your message, {username} becomes the buyer's first name.

Can a buyer get the message twice?
No. Each buyer gets the message only once. If you already have a conversation with them, even about another item, Bleam doesn't write to them.
What offer should I send to favorites?
An offer of at least 10%. In Bleam's study of 478,885 favorite messages (October 2026), an offer under 10% sells as much as a message alone, and an offer of 10% or more lifts sales by half. In Bleam, the offer goes up to 20% or €100, and the offered price never goes below half of the item price.
When does the message go out?
Within minutes of the favorite: Bleam checks your new favorites every 4 to 6 minutes or so. You can also add a delay before sending, up to 7 days. During a big spike of favorites, Bleam spaces messages out to keep to the pace Vinted accepts, and some go out later.
