Auto Stock: automatically relist a sold item

5 steps~6 min read

You have several units of the same item? When one sells, Auto Stock puts the listing back online by itself, after a natural delay and with light variations. You sell, Bleam restocks.

1

How it works

Bleam keeps a copy of every listing you add to Auto Stock: the backup happens by itself the moment you add it, there's nothing to prepare. When the item sells, that copy is used to recreate the listing and put it back online.

2

Open the After-sale tab of the Vinted account

In your Bleam dashboard, select the relevant Vinted account, then open the "After-sale" tab.

Scroll to the "Automatic reposting" section and turn on "Enable Auto Stock".

Auto Stock is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. If the toggle is locked ("Pro" badge), your current plan doesn't include it.

3

Set the delay before relisting

Choose how long Bleam waits, after a sale, before putting the item back online. A random delay is drawn between two bounds to mimic human behavior.

Three presets are offered: Fast (2 to 6 h), Balanced (6 to 18 h) and Discreet (12 to 24 h). You can also set your own bounds, between 1 and 48 hours.

The delay applies to each relist, item by item.

4

Configure the variations per repost (cycles)

Still in the After-sale tab, the "Variations for each repost" section defines how the listing is modified before going back online. Each cycle matches one relist: the 1st variation applies to the 1st relist, the 2nd to the 2nd, and so on.

For photos: rotation, crop, blur / frame (blur, solid color or custom color) and anti-duplicate micro-variations (brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, noise, JPEG quality). An Advanced AI photo option (Beta) handles heavier transformations.

For the listing: price change (percentage or euro reduction, or fixed price) and AI text rewrite (title and/or description).

Two per-cycle settings: "Use saved photos" (pulls the originals from your backup rather than Vinted) and "Leave as draft" (the listing is created but not published, to validate manually).

If you ask for more reposts than configured cycles, the variations loop.

5

Select items and their quota in the extension

Items are chosen from the Chrome extension, on your Vinted closet. Open the "Auto Stock" button, then "Add items" and check the units you own in multiple copies.

Then set how many times each item should be relisted (the target repost count, adjustable item by item depending on your stock). Bleam backs up each added item.

Each item tracks its own counter (e.g. "0/3 done"). When the chosen repost count is reached, Auto Stock stops for that item and you receive an email.
