Is Nexus included in the Enterprise plan?

No. It's an extra paid add-on (€25/month) on top of the Enterprise plan. The base AI is included in Enterprise; Nexus adds the premium features (bundles, worn photos, 24h follow-ups, more powerful model).

How is the bundle margin bonus calculated?

Vinted first applies the bundle discount you configured. The bot then calculates your base margin on that discounted price, and increases it by a bonus based on the number of items (+20 % for 2, +30 % for 3, +40 % for 4-5, +50 % for 6+ by default, adjustable from 0 to 100 %). Minimum price = price after bundle discount - total margin.

What's the difference between the «redirect message» and the bundle situations?

The redirect message is sent on a single-item conversation when the buyer mentions a bundle, to encourage them to create a real Vinted bundle. The bundle situations (3 maximum) reply on real multi-item conversations, via keyword → reply rules.

What happens at the end of the 10-day free trial?

At the end of the 10 days, the Nexus features turn off automatically, with no charge: your subscription is not modified. The trial can only be used once. To keep Nexus, subscribe to the add-on from an Enterprise plan.

Are worn photos reusable?

Yes. If another buyer asks for a worn photo of the same item on your account, Bleam reuses the already-generated photo. The cache is keyed by your Vinted account and item ID.

Bundles: negotiation and automatic replies

Classic AI can't handle multi-item conversations. Nexus can: it understands bundles, replies to them and negotiates with boosted margins based on bundle size: the bigger the bundle, the more comfortable your negotiation margin. Settings: dashboard → Automatic negotiation (margin bonus) and Automatic replies (bundle replies).

AI-generated worn photos

A buyer asks "can you show me the item worn?" → Nexus generates a realistic worn photo and sends it right into the conversation. A photo already generated for an item is reused for the next buyers.

30 photos per month are included; beyond that, each photo costs €0.25 (only if you enable the dedicated option, with a monthly cap you set). Settings: dashboard → Automatic replies.

Automatic 24h follow-ups

A conversation goes silent for 24 hours? Nexus nudges the buyer with a gentle follow-up, and recovers sales that would have slipped away. You choose whether to follow up AI conversations, favourite messages, or both. Settings: dashboard → Automatic replies.

Custom situations

Create your own "keywords → reply" rules (up to 10 standard + 3 bundle-specific): when a buyer uses your keywords, the reply goes out automatically, with an optional offer. Settings: dashboard → Automatic replies → Custom situations.
