The SKU: automatic linking
A SKU is a small reference (#A12) you set on a purchase, then copy at the end of your listing titles. The day the item sells, Bleam spots the tag and links the sale to the purchase on its own: cost deducted, profit computed, nothing to type.
Set the reference on the purchase
On the Purchases page, click "+ SKU" and type your code, or let the wand generate the next number. Enter saves and moves down a row: a whole pile of purchases gets referenced in a minute.
Copy the tag onto the listing
The tag must be the last word of the title.
- Publishing from Bleam with the purchase linked? The tag adds itself.
- Publishing on Vinted? The Bleam section adds it when you link a purchase.
- Listing already online? Add #A12 at the end of the title, that's it.
When it sells, the link happens on its own
The item sells, Bleam reads the tag and finds the purchase: cost filled in, profit computed, "Linked purchase" pill on the sale. And if you had already typed a cost by hand, your entry wins, always.
The SKU column
It shows by default on Sales and Purchases. On the Sales side, click a sale's #A12 chip: the original purchase opens.
