Track your sales and revenue
The Sales page of the Bleam dashboard gathers every Vinted sale across all your accounts, with live statuses and your totals (revenue, collected amount, profit). Everything fills in automatically: there is nothing to type to see your sales appear.
Where your sales come from
The Sales page is your business HQ: you'll find your revenue, your profit, your shipping labels and your invoices all in one place. Your sales sync automatically through the Bleam extension, roughly every 20 minutes. Several Vinted accounts? All their sales land on the same page. The "Sync" button forces an immediate update.
The detail of a sale
Click anywhere on a sale's row (or on the "See details" chevron): its detail opens in a panel on the right, without leaving the list. In order, you'll find: the title and its badges, the "Sold · Cost · Net profit" block, the "Cost and linking" section, the photo gallery (with per-item tabs for a bundle), then "Documents" with the shipping label to download and the invoice if one was generated ("Invoice no. X of …"). The ↑ and ↓ arrow keys move to the previous or next sale without closing the panel.
Shipping labels and invoices, one click
Tick one or several sales: an action bar appears with "Download shipping labels" (a single print-ready PDF) and "Generate invoices" (compliant PDFs, automatic numbering). Everything is detailed in Find and print your labels and Generate invoices.
The "to ship" banner
When sales are waiting to be shipped, an orange banner "X sales to ship" shows at the top of the page, across all periods (a waiting parcel needs action whatever its age). Clicking it filters the list on the To ship status. On those rows, a small document icon next to the status means the shipping label is already available for download.
Customize the table
By default the table shows the Status, Date, Gross, Cost, Profit, SKU columns (plus the Item column, always visible). The "Columns" menu (top right, on desktop) lists the "Visible columns": tick what you need (Brand, Buyer, Country, Size, Carrier, ROI, Note), and the "On each row" section toggles the conversation button. To resize, just drag the edge of a column in the header. Your choices are remembered on the device. On mobile, the table becomes compact cards.
