Track your Vinted purchases (and beyond)
The Purchases page is everything you buy to resell: your Vinted purchases (added automatically) and your non-Vinted finds (flea market, Leboncoin…, added by hand). When an item sells, you pick from it to fill in its cost in one click.
Your Vinted purchases arrive on their own
By default, everything you buy on Vinted shows up here automatically: photo, seller, date, status and amount paid, nothing to type (up to 3 months of history when you connect an account). And if you buy outside Vinted (flea market, Leboncoin…), you can add those by hand: they join the same list and count the same for your costs. Click a row to open the "Purchase detail" in a panel on the right: price breakdown (Items, Buyer protection, Shipping, Total paid), the photo gallery, the bundle's items and a note that saves itself.
Statuses, from the buyer's side
Each purchase carries a status seen from your side as a buyer:
- Awaiting shipment: the seller has not shipped yet.
- On its way: the parcel is coming.
- Ready for pick-up: the parcel awaits you at the pick-up point.
- Delivered — to confirm: you have the parcel; confirming to Vinted is still pending.
- Completed: transaction finished.
- Returned, Dispute, Cancelled: special cases (cancelled purchases are excluded from spending totals).
And once a purchase is completed, its pill follows the resale cycle: "Listed" when a linked listing is online, then "Resold" once the items are gone (with an x/y counter for bundles). The status menu also offers a stock filter: Available, Listed, Resold.
When parcels are waiting for you, a banner "X purchases ready for pick-up" shows at the top of the page; clicking it filters the list on those purchases.
Add a manual purchase (outside Vinted)
For finds outside Vinted (flea market, Leboncoin, thrift store…), click "Add a purchase" at the top right. The form asks for: Item (name, required), Total amount paid (required, shipping included) and its currency, Number of items (for a bundle), Purchase date (today by default), Brand and Size (optional, they help Bleam suggest the right link with your sales), a SKU (reference) with its wand that generates the next number (see The SKU: automatic linking) and a Note. The purchase appears in the list with a "Manual" badge and then behaves exactly like a Vinted purchase, sale linking included. To correct it, click its row to open the purchase detail, then click "Edit".
List for sale, one by one or in bulk
Every purchase not yet sold carries a "List for sale" button: it opens the publishing composer with the purchase already linked (and, for a single-item purchase, the category, brand and size already filled in). To go faster, tick several purchases and click "List for sale (N)" in the selection bar: Bleam creates the pre-linked drafts on the Publish page, in "Bulk listing" mode with the "item X of N" counter and photo thumbnails to move between items. Complete each listing then click "Next"; on the last one, "Publish all (N)" publishes everything at once, with a choice of delay between publications (and random variation to stay natural). Cancelled or fully linked purchases are skipped, and a run is capped at 30 items. Leaving the run loses nothing: the drafts stay in the Publish page's log. The composer is detailed in Publish from Bleam.
The link with your sales
Each purchase is a cost pool for your sales: from the Sales page, a sale's 🔗 button opens its detail with the purchase picker already expanded, and the cost fills in automatically (price paid ÷ number of items). A purchase can be "used" as many times as it contains items, then is no longer offered. The whole mechanism is detailed in Enter your purchase costs and see your profit.
