Create and schedule your listings from Bleam

Open the "Publish a listing" page of the dashboard and pick the target Vinted account with the "Publish on" selector. The form is the same as on Vinted: photos (iPhone photos are converted automatically), title, description, category, brand, size, condition, price. Everything is saved automatically as a draft: close the page whenever you want and pick up right where you left off.

At the bottom of the form: "Publish now" sends the listing right away, "Schedule" programs it for the moment of your choice (shortcuts or a free date, up to 30 days ahead). The "Create a Vinted draft" checkbox drops the listing in your Vinted wardrobe as a draft, without publishing it.

At the planned moment, you need a Vinted tab open with the extension active (or Bleam Cloud, which publishes for you 24/7). Otherwise nothing is lost: the listing stays "Awaiting execution" and goes out automatically as soon as the extension is back on Vinted.

The "Journal" button lists your listings with their status: Draft, Scheduled, Published, Vinted draft or Failed (reason shown + Retry button). Click a row to reopen the listing.

Just brought home a whole batch? On the Purchases page, tick the purchases to list, then click "List for sale (N)": the Publish page opens in "Bulk listing" mode (item 1 of N), with a draft already created for each item and pre-linked to its purchase (category, brand and size carried over for single-item purchases). A banner shows a photo chip per item: complete each listing, click "Next", and move freely between items (green check = published, red = failed). On the last one, "Publish all (N)" opens the grouped publishing window:

- "Delay between publications": shortcuts "Back to back", 30s, 2 min or 5 min, with a random variation to stay natural, like during a relist.
- Listings go out one at a time: an incomplete listing turns red ("click a red item to fix it") and the series carries on without it.
- If the daily publishing limit is reached along the way, the series stops cleanly and the rest stays as drafts.

A series is capped at 30 items. And leaving the series never loses anything: "Your drafts remain available in the journal."

Below the form, the "Link to a purchase (optional)" field associates the listing with a purchase from your Bleam Purchases page. On focus, a panel opens already filled, as a grid of photo tiles: first "Most likely" (suggestions based on the title, brand, category and price you are typing, never applied on their own), then "All your purchases". Search remains available as a fallback, and a brand chip filters the list in one click. The purchase isn't in Bleam yet? "+ Add a manual purchase" creates it and links it right away. Once a purchase is picked, a "Will be linked to:" card sums up the link; the × ("Cancel the link") removes it. When it sells, the cost is automatically deducted to show your net profit in the Sales tab.
