The Stock page: your purchased items not sold yet
The Stock page (Stock in the dashboard menu, or the "Stock sheet" button on the Purchases page) lists your purchased items not sold yet, with their cost, their age and what they could bring in. It is built entirely from your Purchases page: here is how the two fit together.
Stock is your Purchases minus what has gone
Every Stock row comes from a purchase: your synced Vinted purchases and the purchases you entered by hand (see Track your purchases). Your Wardrobe listings create no row: they are only used to know whether an item is already listed, and at what price.
For each purchase, remaining stock = the number of items in the purchase, minus the items sold (linked to a sale that is neither cancelled nor returned), minus the items written off. A purchase whose items are all gone disappears from Stock but stays in your Purchases.
Not in Stock: cancelled or returned purchases, deleted purchases, and purchases made before your stock start date (they are kept in the Purchases page's Archive).
The three states of an item
- Listed: the item is linked to a listing ("List for sale" button, or link from the item), or an online listing carries its code at the end of its title (e.g. "#913", see The SKU). An item for sale on Vinted with neither a link nor a recognised code stays shown as "In stock".
- In transit: the Vinted purchase has not reached you yet. Parcel arrived? Click "Mark as received": it counts in your stock right away.
- In stock: everything else.
An item older than 90 days has its age shown in red; the bottom bar counts these items under "Dormant > 90 d".
Reading the page
Two tabs: "By item" (one row per purchase, a bundle's arrow expands its items) and "By SKU" (your references grouped, with Real revenue, Real margin and ROI).
The By item tab filters by account (or "No account" for manual purchases without an account), by state, by source (Vinted purchases, Manual stock, Bundles, Single items) and by search ("Title, brand, SKU, location…"). The SKU, the location, a manual purchase's cost and the sale estimate are edited with one click in the cell. "Export (CSV)" downloads the sheet.
The bottom bar sums up the scope: Items in stock, Listed, In transit, Dormant > 90 d, Stock value and Potential revenue.
Stock value and resale estimate
"Stock value" is your stock at purchase price: the sum of the costs of the items you own.
"Sale estimate" (column) and "Potential revenue" (bottom bar) say what the stock could bring in. It is computed item by item, then added up; it is not an average price applied to the whole stock:
- listed item: the price of its listing;
- other item: its estimated price, times the number of items on the row.
The estimated price is yours if you typed it in the column (shown without "≈", it no longer moves). Otherwise Bleam offers an automatic estimate (shown with "≈"): the median price comparable items sold for, first in your own sales (same brand, same category), otherwise in the sales seen on Bleam for similar items. Automatic estimates follow the market; clear the cell to go back to the automatic estimate.
An item with neither a listing nor an estimate counts as zero: the "based on N/M estimated items" note under Potential revenue shows how many items the figure really covers. If none is covered, the bar shows "—".
Removing personal purchases from stock
There is no "personal purchase" box: every purchase counts in stock as long as it is not sold, written off or deleted. Depending on your case:
- Several purchases at once: on the Purchases page, tick the purchases (on mobile, "Select" button). For a whole filter (an account, a search), tick the page then click "Select all N purchases in the filter". Then click "Delete" in the selection bar. Deleted purchases do not come back on the next sync, and an "Undo" link shows right after.
- Everything before a date: set the stock start date (calendar button on the Purchases page). Older purchases move to the Archive: they no longer count in stock and can still be linked to your sales.
- An item that left another way (lost, damaged, given away, kept…): on the Stock page, the row's "Write off" button, then pick the reason and the quantity. The item no longer counts in stock or valuation. For a bundle detailed item by item, expand it and write off the item concerned.
A purchase linked to a sale cannot be deleted: it is skipped during a bulk delete. A purchase linked to a listing asks for confirmation ("Delete anyway").
