Why isn't the label for a sale showing yet?

Bleam can only capture a label once the shipping label has been generated on Vinted's side (the buyer picked their drop-off point / the label was ordered). Until then, there is nothing to capture. Once the label is available, allow about 20 minutes of synchronization for the 📄 icon to appear on the sale. If you're in a hurry, you can always download the label directly from Vinted (see Vinted shipping labels in 1 click).

Does it work for a Vinted account I unlinked or that is disconnected?

Labels that were already captured remain available: they are stored durably on Bleam's side, regardless of the Vinted connection state. However, a disconnected or unlinked account no longer captures new labels until it's reconnected.

Can I print labels from several Vinted accounts at once?

Yes. Select sales from several accounts: the merged PDF gathers all the labels, with a separator page per account so they don't get mixed up. The packing assistant follows the same grouping, with a per-account progress bar.

Find and print your shipping labels from the Sales page

On top of downloading labels from Vinted (see Vinted shipping labels in 1 click), Bleam automatically captures and keeps the shipping label of each of your sales. You'll find them on the Sales page of your dashboard: individual or bulk printing as a single PDF, print settings with a live preview, and a packing assistant so you never mix up parcels.

Bleam captures your labels automatically

As soon as a shipping label exists on Vinted's side, Bleam captures and stores it in your space: you don't have to do anything. A small icon next to the "To ship" status shows you which labels are ready. And since everything is stored at Bleam, your labels stay accessible even with the extension closed or the Vinted session expired.

Select the sales and start printing

On the Sales page, tick the sales to ship (one or many, across pages), then click "Download shipping labels" in the selection bar. You get a single PDF with every label, separated per Vinted account if you have several.

For a single sale, there's an even shorter path: open its detail (click the row) and, in the "Documents" section, click "Download label", no selection needed.

Adjust print settings (format, title, live preview)

An options window opens, with a live preview on the right:

- Format: A4 (regular printer) or A5 (thermal printer).
- Automatic cropping: Bleam crops each label per carrier, keeping only the useful part.
- Printed info: the item title or the buyer's username, to find your way while packing.

Your settings are remembered. Confirm: the PDF downloads.

Pack your parcels with the packing assistant

After the download, the "Pack my parcels" assistant shows your parcels one at a time: the item's photo on the left, its label on the right. Pack, stick, click "Parcel done", then move on to the next one. Your progress is saved: no way to stick the wrong label.
