Enter your purchase costs and see your profit

In the sales table, click a sale's "cost?" tag: its detail opens on the right with the "Purchase price" field ready to type in. Type the amount paid (12, 12.50…) and confirm with Enter: the net profit shows up right away. Just enter what the item cost you in total, no need to break down fees or shipping. An entered cost stays editable with one click, and the × "Remove the cost" button next to the field clears it.

Lots of sales without a cost? A "See how much you really make" card shows above the table, with a "X% filled in" gauge. Click "Add purchase prices": the "Quick cost entry" window walks through your sales one by one, large photo on the left (click it to zoom), and on the right the sale amount ("Sold for €X"), the "Purchase price (all included)" field and the same purchase picker as for linking. Enter saves and moves to the next one, an empty field + Enter skips it, and "Previous" goes back to fix. The "X of N" counter and the "Profit added:" total climb as you go. Only bundles remain to handle from the list, item by item.

If the item comes from a purchase already in Bleam (synced Vinted purchase or manual purchase), no need to dig up the price: click the sale's 🔗 button, and the link window opens. There you'll find a photo grid of your purchases: first "Most likely" (suggestions, each with a badge explaining why), then "All your purchases". Bleam suggests, but linking never happens on its own: you always confirm, with one click on the right tile, and the cost fills in by itself (price paid ÷ number of items, shipping included). If needed, the "Search a purchase (item, seller, brand)…" field filters the grid, and "+ Add a manual purchase" at the bottom creates the purchase and links it right away.

You show Bleam "this sold item is the one I bought there", and it takes care of everything else.

You can also approach it the other way round: link the purchase before the item sells, and there will be nothing left to do afterwards. On the Purchases page, the "List for sale" button opens the publishing composer with the purchase already linked. Publish the listing: when it sells, the cost will already be in place. And to prepare several listings at once, tick several purchases and click "List for sale (N)": the bulk flow is detailed in Track your purchases.

Same logic if you publish from the Bleam dashboard: the "Link to a purchase (optional)" field at the bottom of the form associates the listing with a purchase. Once the listing sells, the cost is accounted for without you typing anything.

When you create a listing directly on Vinted, the Bleam extension adds a "Link to a purchase" section to the form. Select the original purchase and publish as usual: Bleam remembers where the item comes from, and the profit will compute itself at sale time.

Give your purchases a reference (a SKU, for example #A12) and write that same tag as the last word of the listing's title. When it sells, Bleam recognizes the tag and links everything by itself: cost filled in, profit computed, without a click. And when you publish from Bleam with a linked purchase, the tag is added for you at the end of the description. A bundle sale carries a "Bundle ×N" badge. Click the row to open its detail: in the "Cost and linking" section, each item has its own cost field, and the sale's total cost is the sum. Next to each item, "≈ €X" shows its estimated share of the collected amount (split pro rata of listing prices), for information only. Above the photo gallery, tabs let you switch between the bundle's items.
