E-invoicing: Bleam links you to a certified platform

7 steps

The e-invoicing reform requires every business established in France — sole traders included — to be linked to a certified platform (PA) to receive electronic invoices, from September 1, 2026. Bleam is connected to a certified platform and links you right from your dashboard, in 3 minutes, at no charge. This page tells you everything: who the platform is, what you sign, what it costs, and how to leave.

1

Who is concerned, and by what

Anyone selling with a professional status — sole trader, EI, company — and therefore holding a SIREN. If you sell as a private individual, without a business, you are not concerned. The September 1, 2026 obligation is about receiving: your business must be reachable on a certified platform to receive electronic invoices from its suppliers. Issuing electronic invoices only becomes mandatory on September 1, 2027 for small businesses, as does reporting your sales to individuals (e-reporting). Your current invoices remain perfectly valid.

2

Who the certified platform behind Bleam is

Bleam is not a certified platform itself: we are a connected solution to SUPER PDP, a service published by SUPER G SAS (Paris trade register 853 322 915), registered as a certified platform by the French tax authority (DGFiP) on December 22, 2025 and listed among platforms that passed the interoperability tests. SUPER PDP is ISO 27001 certified (LNE) and Peppol certified (access point and SMP). It is the same setup other software for freelancers use: the publisher integrates the platform, you have nothing to install or create elsewhere.

3

What you sign, concretely

The linking happens in a secure flow at SUPER PDP, not at Bleam: you confirm your e-mail (a code is sent), your business is found automatically in the register from your SIREN, you sign a formal agreement (the mandate authorising SUPER PDP to receive your invoices and list your business in the directory), then your identity is verified by an approved partner. Finally you authorise Bleam to manage this link for you. At no point does Bleam sign on your behalf: you, the legal representative, give your consent. No password is created.

4

The directory listing, the real compliance step

Being linked is not enough: what makes you compliant is the listing in the e-invoicing directory run by the DGFiP — that is where your suppliers find your receiving address. Only a certified platform can open a line there. After your linking, Bleam creates this listing at your SIREN, then checks it is published. Your dashboard only shows “listed in the directory” once confirmed — never before. If you were already listed through another platform (your accountant, for instance), SUPER PDP e-mails you to re-confirm your choice before any change: nothing happens without you.

5

What it costs: nothing

Linking and directory listing are included in the Enterprise plan, with no surcharge. SUPER PDP bills Bleam one identity verification per linked business; we cover it. Linking is reserved to the Enterprise plan because it relies on the invoicing identity you fill in the CRM.

6

How to leave: any time, for free

You remain in control of your link. In your invoicing settings, “Unlink” cuts Bleam's access immediately. Your SUPER PDP account belongs to you: you can access it directly (“forgotten password”) or cancel by a simple e-mail to their support, and regulation guarantees portability to another certified platform as well as the reversibility of your data. No exit fee, at Bleam or at SUPER PDP.

7

And in 2027: your Vinted sales reported automatically

The second stage of the reform, on September 1, 2027, requires small businesses to do e-reporting: declaring sales to individuals to the tax authority, every two months under the VAT exemption scheme. Your Vinted sales are already in Bleam. The same link will serve this reporting: we are building this piece so it runs automatically, with nothing to type.
