Does Bleam ask for my Vinted password?

No, never. Bleam works through your existing Vinted session (browser cookies). You only provide your Bleam password (never your Vinted password).

Which browser works best with Bleam?

Chrome works very well, with no special setup. Brave works too, and it is handy for multi-account, on one condition: its Shields must be turned off on vinted.fr and on bleam.app, otherwise they block the exchanges between Bleam and Vinted. Edge and Opera are compatible.

The Bleam bubble doesn't appear, what should I do?

Checklist: (1) Are you on Vinted? (2) Is the extension enabled in chrome://extensions? (3) Are you signed in to Bleam? (4) On Brave: are Shields down? The Brave shield (Shields). This is the most frequent cause of a missing bubble on Brave: the shield blocks the exchanges between Bleam and Vinted, without showing any error. Open vinted.fr, click the lion icon in the address bar and switch "Shields" to "Down" for that site. Do the same on bleam.app, then reload both tabs. If everything looks fine: disable/re-enable the extension and reload the page. On Chrome, Edge or Opera there is no shield — but if an ad blocker is installed there, turn it off for those same two sites.

Does Bleam work on mobile?

The Bleam app (iPhone and Android) lets you steer from your phone: sales, messages, listings, schedules. The extension itself runs on a computer (Chrome, Brave, Edge) or via Bleam Cloud.

How do I contact support or talk to a human?

Open the help bubble in Bleam on a computer, or the Support button (the life buoy) at the top of the screen on a phone: ask your question, and if the answer isn't enough, open a ticket — the Bleam team replies to you directly in that thread. You can also reach out on Bleam's Discord server (link in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, and in the Menu on a phone). There is no phone or video support.

How do I change my Bleam password?

In your Settings, section "Sign-in & security", then "Change password". A 6-digit code is sent to you by email, then you pick your new password. If your account was created via Google and has no password yet, the button is called "Set a password" — same flow.

How do I change Bleam's language?

The language selector (French / English) is in your Settings. The language of the emails Bleam sends you has its own setting in the same place: "Email language" — if you don't choose, it is inferred from your Vinted account.

How do I stop receiving emails from Bleam?

Every tips or news email has an "Unsubscribe" link at the very bottom: one click is enough (and re-subscribing is one click too if you change your mind). Emails strictly tied to your account — confirmations, security — are not covered by that link.

Does Bleam work anywhere other than Vinted (Leboncoin, eBay, etc.)?

No. Bleam is built for Vinted only: reposting, messaging, CRM and shipping labels all work exclusively with your Vinted wardrobe.

What is the Beta program in Settings?

Bleam is a Chrome extension for Vinted, installed on your computer. You install it, open Vinted, sign in to your Bleam account, link your Vinted account, and all automation features unlock immediately. Before you start, make sure you have an active Bleam account and use a compatible browser (Google Chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, Opera). The video at the end of this guide walks you through the full setup in a few minutes.

Install the extension

On your computer, download and install the Bleam extension from the Chrome Web Store.

Install now

Connect your account

Open Vinted: the Bleam bubble appears on the page. Its dot stays red as long as no account is connected.

Click the bubble: a sign-in page opens. Enter your Bleam account credentials (not your Vinted credentials, which Bleam never asks for — it works through your already-open session).

Bleam then detects the Vinted account in your browser and offers to link the account. Once linked, the bubble's dot turns green.

You're done!

Your account is now ready to perform all the actions included in your subscription.
