Yes, the Bleam extension works on every Vinted site: vinted.co.uk, vinted.ie, vinted.de, vinted.it, vinted.be and the rest. Your sales amounts stay in their currency, pounds sterling included. The subscription is billed in euros, and your bank handles the conversion.
