Create and schedule your Vinted listings from Bleam

6 passaggi5 min di lettura

The Publish page of Bleam lets you write your Vinted listings from Bleam: the same fields as the Vinted form, automatic draft saving, immediate or scheduled publishing at the date and time of your choice. Ideal for preparing listings ahead of time (evenings, weekends) and releasing them at the best moment.

1

Write your listing from Bleam

Open the "Publish" page of Bleam and pick the target Vinted account with the "Publish to" selector. The form is the same as on Vinted: photos (iPhone photos are converted automatically), title, description, category, brand, size, condition, price. Everything is saved automatically as a draft: close the page whenever you want and pick up right where you left off.

To move your photos from your phone to your computer, see iPhone → Mac or Android → PC. To create dozens of listings at once from a folder of photos, see Kavis.

2

Publish now or schedule

At the bottom of the form: "Publish" sends the listing right away; the arrow next to it opens "Schedule", which programs it for the moment of your choice (shortcuts or a free date, up to 30 days ahead), and "Create a Vinted draft", which drops the listing in your Vinted wardrobe as a draft, without publishing it.

3

The extension publishes for you

At the planned moment, you need a Vinted tab open with the extension active (or Bleam Cloud, which publishes for you 24/7). Otherwise nothing is lost: the listing waits in the "Upcoming" tab of the Activity log and goes out automatically as soon as the extension is back on Vinted.

4

Track everything in the Activity log

The "Activity log" button opens the Activity log page: your scheduled listings under "Upcoming", the ones that went out under "Past", with their state (Completed, or Failed with its reason, "Try again" and "Open in Publish"). A listing you started picks up from "Drafts".

5

Bulk list from your purchases

Just brought home a whole batch? On the Purchases page, tick the purchases to list, then click "List for sale (N)": the Publish page opens in "Bulk listing" mode (item 1 of N), with a draft already created for each item and pre-linked to its purchase (category, brand and size carried over for single-item purchases). A banner shows a photo chip per item: complete each listing, click "Next", and move freely between items (turquoise check = published, red = failed). On the last one, "Publish all (N)" opens the grouped publishing window:

- "Pause between two listings": from 30 seconds (the default) up to 2 hours, set for the Vinted account. Bleam applies it between every listing of that account, however it goes out.
- Listings go out one at a time: an incomplete listing, one without a condition for example, doesn't go out: it turns red ("open a red item to fix it") and the series carries on without it.
- If the daily publishing limit is reached along the way, the series stops cleanly and the rest stays as drafts.

A series is capped at 30 items. And leaving the series never loses anything: "Your drafts remain available in the journal."

Link a purchase, your net profit computes itself

Below the form, the "Link to a purchase (optional)" field associates the listing with a purchase from your Bleam Purchases page. Click it: a window opens already filled, as a grid of photo tiles: first "Most likely" (suggestions based on the title, brand, category and price you are typing, never applied on their own), then "All your purchases". Search remains available as a fallback, and a brand chip filters the list in one click. The purchase isn't in Bleam yet? "+ Add a manual purchase" creates it and links it right away. Once a purchase is picked, a "Will be linked to:" card sums up the link; the × ("Cancel the link") removes it. When you link a purchase that carries a reference, the #SKU tag is automatically appended at the end of the description — and if you type a #A12 tag in your listing yourself, the field detects it and offers the matching purchase (see The SKU: automatic linking). When it sells, the cost is automatically deducted to show your net profit in the Sales tab.
