Track your Vinted sales and revenue

5 passaggi4 min di lettura

The Sales page of Bleam gathers every Vinted sale across all your accounts, with live statuses and your totals (revenue, collected amount, profit). Everything fills in automatically: there is nothing to type to see your sales appear.

1

Where your sales come from

The Sales page is your business HQ: you'll find your revenue, your profit, your shipping labels and your invoices all in one place. Your sales sync automatically, around every 20 minutes (an interval that varies on purpose and stretches up to roughly forty minutes after a pass that ran into an error): through the Bleam extension while a Vinted tab is open, or through Bleam Cloud for an account hosted there, with no tab open. Several Vinted accounts? All their sales land on the same page. The "Sync" button starts a read right away through the extension in this browser (Vinted tab open): sales arrive within the next few minutes, and as long as you stay on the page, the list updates by itself and a message tells you when it's done.

2

The detail of a sale

Click anywhere on a sale's row (or on the "View details" chevron): its detail opens in a side panel, without leaving the list. In order, you'll find: the title and its badges, the "Sold · Cost · Net profit" block, the "Cost and linking" section, the photo gallery (with per-item tabs for a bundle), then "Documents", with the invoice if one was generated ("Invoice #X issued on [date]"). The shipping label downloads with "Download label", at the bottom of the panel, as soon as Bleam has captured it. The up and down arrow keys move to the previous or next sale without closing the panel.

3

Shipping labels and invoices, one click

Tick one or several sales: an action bar appears with "Download shipping labels" (a single print-ready PDF) and "Generate invoices" (compliant PDFs, automatic numbering). Everything is detailed in Find and print your labels and Generate invoices.

4

The "to ship" banner

When sales are waiting to be shipped, an orange banner "X sales to ship" shows at the top of the page, across all periods (a waiting parcel needs action whatever its age). Clicking it filters the list on the To ship status. On those rows, a small document icon next to the status means the shipping label is already available for download.

5

Customize the table

By default the table shows the Status, Date, Gross, Cost, Profit, SKU columns (plus the Item column, always visible). The SKU column shows the reference detected on the listing even without an attached purchase (gray "reference detected" pill; it becomes a clickable link to the purchase as soon as one is linked), and the location (#A12.B3) shows in plain sight when the sale is to ship (see The SKU: automatic linking). On desktop, click a column's title to sort it (either way, or "Back to the default order") or hide it. The "Columns" button, at the end of the list bar, brings hidden columns back (Brand, Buyer, Country, Size, Carrier, ROI, Note, and Account when you track several accounts) and restores the original widths ("Reset column widths"). To resize, drag the edge of a column in the header; double-click that edge to restore its original width. Set the number of rows per page at the bottom of the list. Your choices are remembered on the device. On mobile, the table becomes compact cards; the conversation and linking are in the sale's detail.
