How do I make an invoice for a Vinted sale?
Vinted doesn't provide sellers with invoices: Bleam creates them for you, as PDFs, from the Sales page. You tick the sales, click "Generate invoices", and the PDF downloads, with continuous, permanent numbering. Your details (name, address, SIRET, logo) are entered once.
In detail
The amount invoiced is the amount you receive. The buyer's name is read from the shipping label when the carrier prints it; otherwise the invoice shows their Vinted username and country.
A sale cancelled after invoicing is cancelled with a credit note, issued from the sale's details.
By default, the invoice carries the French VAT exemption notice. The margin scheme can be chosen in your billing details.
