The Activity log: follow your Vinted reposts and automations
Did the repost you started last night go through, and why did one item fail? The Activity log tells you at a glance: everything Bleam has planned and done on your accounts, day by day, item by item.
Open the Activity log
Menu of your Bleam space, Manage group, after the Dressing. The Activity log button on the Publish page leads there too.
It opens on all your accounts; the picker keeps only one.
Upcoming: what is scheduled and what is running. Past: what has been done. A recent failure shows on arrival. The list updates on its own.
Filter what you are looking for
In Past, the type: All, Listings (your tasks, Lifecycle, Auto stock), Favorites (favorites follow-up messages and reminders), Assistant, Shipping labels.
The status: All rows, Successful, Needs a look, Canceled, plus Lifecycle and Auto stock.
The period: 7, 30 or 90 days. Favorites, assistant and shipping labels: 90 days. On a phone: the Filters button.
Read a row and its details
A row is a task: Relisting, New listing, Price, Deletion or Backup, with time, account and outcome.
Outcomes: Done, 2/3 completed, Failed, Interrupted, Canceled. "Nothing to relist": everything was already sold or deleted.
Expand the row: what did not go through, item by item, and why.
A Bleam listing failed? Try again relaunches it; Fix the listing reopens the form.
Follow Lifecycle and Auto stock
Every Lifecycle action has its row: the item, the move, the Strategy, the step, the reason.
Statuses: Done, Not done, Redone, Paused, Detached, To check, Postponed.
Not done? Bleam redoes it on its own: Redone row, dated. Precautionary pause? A row gives the resume time, nothing to do.
Auto stock: same rows; a Draft to finish opens in one click.
Reschedule, cancel or trim an upcoming task
A row with no status leaves on time.
Click the time: Reschedule opens. The thumbnail opens the items, the cross removes one.
Cancel batch removes all its items, unless the extension is running it. Bleam's own tasks (Auto stock, deletion after transfer) can be canceled, never rescheduled.
A Lifecycle action ("daytime") leaves at your extension's next pass through your wardrobe.
