Kavis: create your Vinted listings from your photos

3 pasos

Bleam handles the selling side: answering buyers, managing shipping, bumping listings. Kavis handles what comes before: creating and publishing your listings from your photos. It is a separate tool, published by the same company as Bleam, at kavis.io. Here is what it does, how to get started, and our tips to get the most out of it.

1

What Kavis does

You drop a whole batch of photos at once, up to 2,000 per batch. Kavis:

1. splits the batch into items: it works out where each garment starts and ends;
2. fills in each listing: title, description, brand, size, condition, color, material and price;
3. publishes to Vinted from your account, once you have reviewed and validated.

You stay in control: every listing goes through the "To review" step before publishing, and you fix things in one click. A fix that should stick ("this brand, always that one") can become a rule Kavis applies to your next listings.

Getting started on kavis.io

Create your account at kavis.io: 20 listings are on us when you sign up, no credit card needed. Then pick a monthly or quarterly plan that fits your volume, from €12 a month. Current prices are on kavis.io.

Bleam subscriber? Sign up with the same email address as your Bleam account: your discount, 10 to 20% depending on your plan, applies to every Kavis invoice.

Publishing goes through the Kavis Chrome extension, on the Vinted account signed in on your browser. Several shops? Add each Vinted account to Kavis (Settings, then Vinted accounts).

Our tips for better results

- One sub-folder per item. The surest way to get one listing per garment: an item never spills over from one sub-folder to another. Invaluable for very similar pieces (same model, same color, different sizes).
- Shoot in order. Each garment whole first, then its details (label, measurements, flaws), then the next one. Kavis relies on this order to separate items.
- 20 photos per listing, Vinted's limit. Beyond that, Kavis tells you when reviewing: set the extra photos aside, or split the group if it holds two items.
- Check the flagged groups. When Kavis hesitated on a split, the review says so ("Split to check"): a quick look is enough before publishing.
