Manage, cancel or change your subscription
You manage your whole Bleam subscription from a single page: the Subscription page, at bleam.app/billing. Cancel with no commitment, stop your free trial before being charged, download an invoice, change plan or pause: it all takes a few clicks.
Where everything lives: bleam.app/billing
It all happens on a single page: bleam.app/billing. You can also reach it from your Bleam dashboard, via the "Subscription" link in the menu.
The Subscription page brings together:
- Your current plan and its next charge date
- The Change plan button (upgrade or downgrade)
- Your payment method and your invoices
- Your add-ons (Bleam Cloud, Nexus, extra accounts)
The subscription has no commitment: you can cancel in one click, anytime.
Cancel your subscription
On bleam.app/billing, click "Cancel subscription", then confirm.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for: you keep access to Bleam until that date, then no further charge is made. The current period is not refunded.
Changed your mind? As long as the end date hasn't passed, a "Reactivate" button appears on the same page to undo the cancellation.
Pause instead of cancelling (1 to 3 months)
Stepping away from Vinted for a while (holidays, low season)? Instead of cancelling, you can pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months.
The pause is offered during cancellation: on bleam.app/billing, click "Cancel subscription", pick the "Pausing Vinted" reason, then "Pause instead" and the duration (up to 3 months, depending on the offer shown). With another cancellation reason, the pause screen may not be offered.
In practice:
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the subscription goes on pause.
- No charge during the pause.
- Your data, settings and automations are kept as they are.
- On the resume date, billing and access restart automatically.
To resume before the planned date, go back to the Subscription page: a "Paused" badge shows the resume date, with a "Resume subscription" button next to it. Billing and access resume immediately.
Stop the free trial without being charged
Bleam offers a free trial (14 days). A card is requested at signup, but nothing is charged during the trial.
To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends: on bleam.app/billing, the end date is shown ("Trial until …"). Click "Cancel subscription" before that date: the subscription stops at the end of the trial, with no charge.
Note: if a trial has already been used on your account, no new trial is granted and billing starts as soon as you subscribe.
Change plan (prorated billing)
Click "Change plan" from bleam.app/billing, pick your new plan, then confirm. The proration is calculated automatically and shown before you confirm:
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately, with the proration for the remaining time charged right away.
- Downgrade: scheduled for the end of the current period, with no immediate charge or credit. You keep your current plan until then.
If you upgrade during the free trial, the trial ends immediately and the first invoice is charged right away.
To switch between monthly and quarterly, use the dedicated card on the same page (quarterly works out cheaper). The Nexus add-on requires the Enterprise plan.
Invoices, card and overdue payment
Download an invoice: the Invoices section of the Subscription page lists your full history. On each line, "Details" opens the invoice and "Download" grabs the PDF.
Change your card: under Payment method, click "Update" to save a new card.
Overdue payment: if a charge fails (expired card, limit reached…), your subscription switches to "Payment failed". Click "Update card & pay now": once the card is updated, the payment is retried and access restored.
Use a promo code
A code is applied when you subscribe, on the plans page (not once you're already subscribed). Open the Promo code field, enter your code and validate before paying. Depending on the code, you get either extra trial days or a discount on the subscription.
Refunds: what is possible
Periods already billed are not refunded. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access to Bleam until then.
What is possible instead: pausing the subscription for 1 to 3 months (see above) rather than cancelling it, or moving to a lower plan, scheduled for the end of the current period. Both are done from bleam.app/billing.
If there is a problem with an invoice (a double charge, a charge you do not recognise), contact support via the website chat or Discord.
