Why am I not selling anything on Vinted? The 5-question diagnosis
If you're not selling anything on Vinted, find the step where your listings get stuck, with five questions: do they get views? favorites? offers? is their price above what buyers usually pay? have they been online for a long time? Few views: repost. Favorites but no sale: send an offer of at least 10%. Offers but no sale: counter-offer instead of refusing. Price too high: lower it step by step down to a floor. A listing that's gone quiet: alternate price drops and reposts. Bleam does each of these moves for you.

The 5 questions in one table
On Vinted, a sale usually builds up in this order: the listing gets seen, it gets favorited, the buyer writes or makes an offer, then pays. When nothing sells, one of these steps is stuck. Find which one and fix it, rather than changing everything at once.
A benchmark before you start: 3 out of 4 sales happen after an offer. Buyers negotiating is nothing unusual, it's how a sale normally goes.

To spot the listings that are stuck without opening them one by one, the Dressing page of your Bleam space shows the views and favorites of every listing, across all your Vinted accounts, and sorts them by "Least viewed" or "Most favorited".
The figures in this article come from our study of 198,697 sales and 118,698 negotiations from Bleam sellers, between August 21 and October 20, 2026, and of 478,885 messages to favorites sent from September 29 to October 12, 2026.
1. Is your listing getting views?
Few views means buyers aren't seeing the listing: until that's fixed, neither the price nor the offers can play their part.
According to its help pages, Vinted looks at a listing's characteristics (category, brand, size, color, photos), its condition, its description, its price and the time since it went online, and it puts new listings forward. A complete, recent listing therefore stands a better chance of being seen.
The move: complete the listing (category, brand, size, condition), then repost it: to Vinted, it's a listing added just now, back among the new ones. Sharp photos and a complete description help too.

2. Is your listing getting favorites?
Views but hardly any favorites: the listing is seen, but it doesn't appeal. Check the price first (question 4), and the first photo, the one buyers see in search results.
Lots of favorites but no sale: these are interested buyers who are hesitating. The move: send them an offer. But a small offer is useless: under 10%, it sells as much as a plain message, about 17 sales per 1,000 messages. From 10% off, sales go up by half: 26 per 1,000.
Example: a €40 dress is in 12 people's favorites. A 10% offer gives it to each of them for €36, and the listed price doesn't change for other buyers.
And if the offer isn't enough, what to do next, in order: lots of favorites but no sale on Vinted, what should I do?
3. Are you getting offers or messages?
Buyers write or propose a price, but nothing closes: the listing is doing its job, it's the conversation that's stuck. A slow reply or an offer refused with no counter-offer, and the buyer moves on to another item.
A price proposal is good news, though. When a buyer proposes a price, they usually ask for 28% off, and these conversations end in a sale 45 times out of 100, against 30 times out of 100 when the buyer doesn't mention a price.
The move: answer price proposals first, and counter-offer instead of refusing. Even when the buyer asks for 35 to 40% off, one conversation in three ends in a sale, around 11% below the listed price. Example: on a €50 jacket, the buyer offers €32; after a counter-offer, it often sells for about €44.50. Decide before the first offer the price you won't go below.
4. Is your price above what buyers usually pay?
On Vinted, the listed price isn't the price paid: 3 out of 4 sales close below the listed price, with a discount usually around 18%. A jumper listed at €20 most often sells for about €16.40.
The move: look on Vinted for items similar to yours (same brand, same size, same condition) and check their prices. If yours is clearly higher, lower it. Still leave room for negotiation, and set a floor in advance: the price you won't sell below, above what the item cost you.
If the item still doesn't sell, lower it in small steps rather than all at once: a €60 coat with a €48 floor goes to €57, €54, €51 then €48. At each drop, Vinted notifies the members who favorited it ("the price of an item in your favorites has dropped"), as well as your followers.

5. Has your listing been online for a long time?
A listing that's been online for several weeks has already been seen by the buyers looking for that item at that price. And Vinted takes into account the time since it went online, putting new listings forward.
The move: set a calendar rather than acting on impulse. A price drop after 7 days without a sale, a repost a few days later, and start again down to the floor. Careful, reposting resets favorites to zero: for a listing with lots of favorites, start with the offer to favorites (question 2).

Why am I not selling anything on Vinted anymore?
Find the step where your listings get stuck. Few views: complete them and repost them. Favorites but no sale: send an offer of at least 10%. Offers but no sale: counter-offer instead of refusing. A price above what buyers pay: lower it step by step down to a floor. Bleam does each of these moves on its own.
I get views but no sales on Vinted: what should I do?

Should I repost a Vinted listing that isn't selling?
